Production Process

1. Raw Material Refining: Adopts high-purity molybdenum powder (particle size 3-5μm) via hydrogen reduction, ensuring low oxygen content (≤10ppm) to avoid brittle fracture. 2. Precision Rolling: Combines cold rolling with intermediate vacuum annealing (1200-1400℃, holding time 2-3h) based on recrystallization theory, controlling grain size at 5-20μm to improve ductility. 3. Finishing Treatment: Surface polishing (Ra ≤0.2μm) and vacuum degassing (10⁻⁴Pa) to eliminate surface defects and internal stress, ensuring dimensional stability. Product Characteristics (Data Supported) • Dimensional Precision: Thickness range 0.01-0.1mm, tolerance ±0.001mm (laser thickness gauge monitoring); width up to 300mm, length customizable. • Mechanical Performance: Tensile strength ≥550MPa, elongation ≥8% (tested by universal testing machine), maintaining stability at 1000℃ (strength retention rate ≥80%). • Thermal/Electrical Properties: Thermal conductivity 138W/(m·K) (25℃), electrical resistivity 5.2×10⁻⁷Ω·m, suitable for high-temperature current-carrying components.
