Grade 5 Titanium Corrugated Tube

GR5 Titanium alloy corrugated tube are tubular materials made from titanium alloy. Their foreign name is Titanium alloy tube. According to their structural composition, they can be classified into three types: α type, (α + β) type, and β type. Industrial pure titanium has high mechanical properties and excellent welding performance. The strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the base metal strength. Relevant standards include GB/T 3620.1—2016, GB/T 3624—2010, and GB/T 3625—2007. This type of tube material has excellent corrosion resistance to chlorides, sulfides, and seawater, and has strong water impact resistance. It is suitable for high-flow rate polluted seawater environments. Typical grades include Ti-6Al-4V (TC4), Ti-5Al-2.5Sn (TA7), and GR5 titanium alloy. Among them, titanium alloys have low density, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, and no magnetism, and are suitable for manufacturing pipes used in marine engineering.
